In-home services are available Monday through Saturday during regular business hours. After-hours and weekend appointments are available for an additional fee. Same-day emergency service is available when technicians are accessible.

Is there a minimum service time? Yes, our in-home service has a one-hour minimum charge. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.

What if my problem can’t be resolved during the visit? If we can’t resolve your issue on-site, we’ll discuss other options including bringing your device to our shop or scheduling a follow-up visit.

Do you offer remote support after an in-home visit? Yes, our Premium In-Home Visit includes a follow-up remote support session. For other service levels, remote support can be added for an additional fee.

How do you ensure the safety of my data? Our technicians follow strict data privacy protocols. We never access personal files without permission and use secure methods for any necessary data transfers.
